Immerse yourself in a refined yoga practice at Pure Yoga’s Hot Power Vinyasa Workshop with Desirae Pierce, held twice a month from 12:00 to 1:15 pm. This class is dedicated to cultivating a deeper connection between breath and movement, emphasizing mindful alignment, healing practices and fluid transitions throughout the practice.
In each dynamic session, sequences are carefully designed to guide you through deep warriors, intentional twists, graceful backbends, challenging arm balances, standing balance poses, and expansive hip openers. With a focus on synchronizing breath with movement, you’ll refine your technique and enhance your body’s natural alignment. Whether you're seeking to advance your practice or find a mindful pause in your day, this workshop offers a transformative experience that nurtures strength and inner balance.
